My Creative Space

Its amazing what you can achieve when your child goes to bed 2 hours earlier. I cannot believe this whole extra life I have!!
I made this teepee for Busy a while ago but finally finished last week, its in her bedroom. She loves it.
and inspired by Kirstys' embroidery I got out some patterns I ordered from sublime stitching a while ago and got stitchin'.
In my usual wonky style...
I did my first french knots on her little hair clip. In the original pattern she isn't smiling , but I changed that.
.....and gave her some stripey tights instead of long socks.
I do love embroidery, its so quiet and transportable.

My own little world, well, when they were little, now i miss them!! Tee pees are so much fun, did Busy want to sleep in it tonight?? When my son got a tee pee, he did, so cute, on his sheepskin, very authentic. Love Posie
