Chefs pizza dough recipe

BEST PIZZA DOUGH
560 grams of 00 Flour
4g salt
1 sachet of dry yeast
400mls water

Throw it all in your kitchen aid or equivalent with the dough hook on. Put it on speed 1 until it's all mixed and then speed 2 for 6-8 minutes -it will make a slapping noise. Lift it out, drizzle with oil put it back in the same bowl and cover and leave it to double in size. Then knock it back then leave it for an hour, take out, cut into portions, (makes 4 large pizzas) knead each portion for a minute, form into ball and roll it out.

  2. ooh looks good. I do have an old favourite but maybe next time I'll give Chef's recipe a go. It looks delicious. I knead by hand tho and I'm wondering if this quanity would be ok.
